Product Repairs & Support

RA# and Repair Information:

Before sending us a repair, you must first call (253-395-9500) or email (info@omnisistem.com) us to acquire a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Using your RA#, please fill out the following Repair Request form and place it inside the box. To speed up processing time, we also encourage you to also write your RA# on the outside of the box.

The estimated turnaround time for most repairs is 10 business days. Please send your repairs to: OmniSistem, 6403 South 208th Street, Kent, WA 98032.

Repair Rate & Shipping Costs:

For Warranty repairs, there is no repair fees and we cover costs of return shipping, but you will be responsible for paying shipping costs from your location. Please see our Warranty Guide for more information on what our warranty covers.

For Non-Warranty repairs, the hourly repair rate is $34 per half-hour. We do not charge a diagnostic fee. Before we repair your product, we will contact you with what we've determined the problem to be and what the estimated repair costs for parts and labor will be. At that point you can decide whether to continue with the repair. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
